Closet London
I have been working with Closet London since 2018 to help them realise a new digital vision, strategy and commercial priorities for their online B2C fashion site. I delivered a complete Audit of their customer journey with recommendations for improvements, defined and prioritised their requirements for re-platform and led a Vendor selection process to independently review and assess technology solutions. I then supported and coached the team during the delivery phase of their new website - providing expert support in Usability Testing, Customer Research, Design and Functionality.

Boots
I worked with Boots in 2016 to deliver a new internal team structure and processes for UX and UI Design (including definition of job roles and recruitment of new hires). I helped advise on the integration of new digital propositions in Beauty, Healthcare and Appointment Booking into their existing online offer. I also led an Agency Pitch and took an active role in on-going Digital Agency Management.

Waitrose
During my time at Waitrose I was the UX and Product lead for the digital Transformation of Waitrose.com with a new customer journey and improved functionality across Website, Mobile site and App. The site was Winner of ‘Best Internet Retailer’ award and Finalist for ‘Best Ecommerce Site’ in Industry Awards. I also researched and developed the new online proposition for Waitrose Cook Well recipe boxes including Market Sizing, Product Development and Customer and Competitor Research.

Youth Business International
Youth Business International are a global network of non-profit organisations dedicated to supporting Youth Entrepreneurship. In 2020, I lead a Digital Accelerator project with 6 YBI members in Rwanda, Nigeria, Spain, Palestine, India and Bangladesh to define new digital strategies for the organisations working with young entrepreneurs. This project focussed on how they could best harness digital skills and technology to equip entrepreneurs with the digital skills they need to succeed.

Immediate Media
Immediate Media are one of the UK's leading digital media companies responsible for some of the best known and loved brands such as The Radio Times and BBC Good Food. I worked with their Product Owner, User Experience and Visual Design teams designing and facilitating workshops with a variety of stakeholders. The outcome was the creation of a Digital Design manifesto for ways of working, best practice and collaboration.
